EmotionallyUnstable Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Anyone have ideas or names tossed around about guys Marrone will look to, try to or might think about bringing in? I'd personally like to see him try and hook Lovie...yes, a stretch but worth a pull! Any realistic Ideas?
filthymcnasty08 Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 I want a DC with ballz that scrape the ground when he walks.

NoSaint Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Kromer and Carmichael are free agents in New Orleans that might want to get away from Payton and brees to show what they have....
The Poojer Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 ouch.... I want a DC with ballz that scrape the ground when he walks.
filthymcnasty08 Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 ouch.... He won't even notice because he's already dialing up the next blitz package!
BrooklynBills Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 His coordinators from Syracuse are both talented guys. I would hope he brings them.
NoSaint Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 His coordinators from Syracuse are both talented guys. I would hope he brings them. Names? I can't say I've seen more than a few plays from cuse (bowl games)
EmotionallyUnstable Posted January 6, 2013 Author Posted January 6, 2013 Does their college success give them any chance in the NFL? Do these guys, who's names we don't know, have any NFL experience?
NoSaint Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Does their college success give them any chance in the NFL? Do these guys, who's names we don't know, have any NFL experience? I wouldn't knock them yet - good chance they are also off the Sean Payton coaching tree which is a part of the parcels tree.
JM57 Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Kromer and Carmichael are free agents in New Orleans that might want to get away from Payton and brees to show what they have.... I would like to see Carmichael as the OC. Kromer....not so much if it means him being the OL coach. Perhaps as an assistant head coach or something. If there's any coach from the Gailey staff that I hope is brought back, it's Joe D'Alessandris. He did a phenomenal job with the current OL.
billsfan_34 Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 I wouldnt be against Norv Turner on the offensive side of the ball and Gregg Williams (if he is re instated) on the defensive side. Bruce can stay on as ST coach. What's your ideal picks ?
jumbalaya Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 I say its Horton from AZ as DC/asst head coach.

Kromer has been a FANTASTIC oline coach. Turned mid round picks into Carl nicks and jahri Evans (two best guards in football) and has survived with bushrod and streif at tackle. Could go on and on in his success with the line He's be fantastic in that role. Edited January 6, 2013 by NoSaint
SBUffalo Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 No no no no no no NO to Gregg Williams. I don't care if he's the right guy for the job, I don't want his scumbag ass in Buffalo. Norv isn't going to take this job over others, I doubt. Lovie Smith would be the dream DC but I doubt he will come here. The only coaches I know I want is that I want us to bring back our former O-line coach, and then hire Rob Moore as our WRs coach.
SBUffalo Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 I say its Horton from AZ as DC/asst head coach. He's still under contract in AZ and has no reason to leave unless it's a HC gig. HC: Marrone OC: Pete Carmichael DC: Lovie (not going to happen, so i'm not sure where to look) WRs coach: Rob Moore Defensive backs coach: Gill Byrd O-line coach: Joe D'Alessandris
RCOHEN13 Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 ouch.... That would sure make it alot easier to kick him in nuts! LMAO!
BobChalmers Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 I started another thread about this - but HERM EDWARDS was Marrone's boss with the Jets... just sayin'
NoSaint Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 I say its Horton from AZ as DC/asst head coach. Not just under contract but runs a 34
