Oh, yesterday we had Drew and Travis going to the Bears for a #2 AND a #3.  There'll be no car unmoved on the retard rollercoaster before next season's opener.  ;)

That is a good one AD!! Although I think you should replace unmoved with unmanned. :w00t:

I look at it this way.  I think this year, if we made the playoffs, may have been the best shot we will get for awhile, even with DB at the helm.  Although, as he proved against Pitt, it is time to put Drew in the dryer because he is washed up.

JP may be the QB of the future, but I do not see him coming in right away and leading us to the promised land, especially being tutored by a one dimensional QB.  He is going to need 2-3 years before we know if he is the one, although I hope I am wrong with this point.  By the time we know if JP is the stud QB we have lacked since the Kelly days, our defense will be dismantled.  No way we keep the same players we have now for another 3-4 years.

Not to mention the defense, Moulds will be long gone and Josh "butter fingers" Reed sucks and Lee Evans is not a #1 WR.  So now we need a big #1 WR to go along with all the dominate defenseive players we will have lost.

So what we have to look forward to is possibly a stud at QB, a stud RB if healthy, not a real dominate #1 wideout, a defense that could be in shambles, no #1 draft pick this year, which hurts like hell (thanks TD), who knows about the K situation, although we could not possibly do any worse than Rian Missedwell.  We should have decent ST and hopefully our coaching staff stays in tact.  And a former #1 RB that won't get squat in a trade this year.

Is a SB in our near future?  I think not, unless some miracle happens next year.

Believe it or not, I am a true Bills fan, but am not very optimistic until I see what JP brings to the table.

Huh? Man, there should be a moritorium put on predicting "next season" for at least six weeks after the season is over. It seems that the most vocal element of the TSW (ie: the Rudy crowd) can't stand it that we can't win the Super Bowl this year...too bad only one team can win it every year. The other 31 teams in the leauge will never have a chance next year....I guess some people are just programmed to only see the worse all of the time...lots of them are Bills fans. Unfortuante for them that they can't enjoy the factr that the Bills had a pretty decent season (not a great season!), and that they have shown their first sign of heading in the upward direction, in at least 5 years. For those of us encouraged by what we saw from the Bills this season, it will be a long off-season. For those among us that think that this season was a miserable failure, the off-season will seem eternal, why not just root for whoever wins the Super Bowl this year?

Yeah I'm sure that Chicago can do without a QB with 20 touchdowns, 2700 yards passing and a strong arm. They surely can also do without a back that can get them 1200 yards rushing. You mocking the notion that Chicago is upgraded with Bledsoe and Henry makes you the special ed poster pal. Stop sniffing the glue, it doesn't do anything for your football intelligence.

...and your post that the Bill's Superbowl chances have passed makes you glue sniffer of the week.

This team will be a Superbowl contender the next 2-4 years. Jumping off the bandwagon as soon as it's started is the dumbest move of a supposed fan.

Yeah, they should probably give up on #1 picks in favor of our castoffs who aren't good enough to win regularly with better talent around them than the Bears currently possess. Brilliant.

15 yards for using the same insult (glue sniffer) in consecutive threads. This ain't the 60s, tubesteak.

Are you aware that the Bears drafted Rex Grossman in the 1st round 2 years ago, in fact: I think it was the pick before we took willis. Anyhow, he is their guy and they would be better off with him than with Bledsoe since their OL isn't too fantastic. PLus, as far as RB goes: Chicago has Thomas Jones whom they love(theyre letting former ROY A-train go because he's not "the type of back for their system"). A train is a lot more like travis than TJ is, so it seems doubtful they'd have any interest in good ol' trav.

I have to side with AD on this one.

Whoever said I was off the bandwagon, glue sniffer!!! I have a right to be a miserable fan because I don't get to watch my Bills until the late summer again. And I prefer paint thinner dammit!!!

I also don't rely on porn to take place of my Bills not being on TV anymore, like some people. ;)

Your right, this aint the 60s and people don't use the word retard anymore. As for tubesteak, that one shouldn't be coming out of your mouth.

Bledsoe would be a huge improvement over that bust of a player.

Maybe not to your face...

It didn't. It came off my keyboard. This internet thing seems to be almost as confusing to you as football.

It's funny that you can recognize a bust after 2 seasons and 6 games played on a bad football team with little receiving/offensive line talent but think Drew Bledsoe is worth a 2nd round draft choice after 2.5 seasons of very mediocre play with significantly more talent surrounding him.
