NoSaint Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 (edited) Good throw. Slightly better and it could have been a TD. Exactly. I don't know if he misread the safety or misfired but.... Middle of the field, not outside should've been the easy read and location. Let the receiver run to it in space. Safer, and bigger play potential. It's like he thought they had the safety high in the middle of the field and was throwing away from him. Edited January 5, 2013 by NoSaint
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 5, 2013 Author Posted January 5, 2013 With 3rd and 4, Dalton has to be more willing to run on that play. Really another mental lapse on his part, IMO.
truth on hold Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 brief look Dalton may not have been going forward with it
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 5, 2013 Author Posted January 5, 2013 That uphold for Cinci might be big. Three points and a Houston timeout.

San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 5, 2013 Author Posted January 5, 2013 Decision time. Bad muff but great job of scooping it up on the run.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 5, 2013 Author Posted January 5, 2013 WTH was A J Green doing? That's a good question.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 Dalton doing a good Fitz impersonation That int was on A J Green, Dalton made the right read and a good throw.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 If the Bengals are short, Marvin Lewis better not punt!!!
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 6, 2013 Author Posted January 6, 2013 Dalton put too much air underneath that. Another could-have-been TD by Dalton.
Kelly the Dog Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Dalton put too much air underneath that. That's why I don't like him. That was a terrible pass. But it seems like 50% of the time AJ Green comes down with a pass like that and Dalton would get a TD.

26CornerBlitz Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Dalton put too much air underneath that. Another could-have-been TD by Dalton. Definitely should have been more on a line. If so it was six.
Kelly the Dog Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 And Green just save Dalton's bacon on that 3rd down slant too. Yup. Granted, I imagine that part of the reason Dalton threw it like that is because Green is so damn good at jump balls. But still, it was a bad pass because it should have been more on a line and thrown earlier and hit him in stride.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 @NFL_ATL Dalton underthrows a lot of deep passes. Is this a #14 thing with missing deep balls?
