/dev/null Posted January 5, 2005 Posted January 5, 2005 the 2004 coaching carosel isn't that big this year, only 3 so far. Cleveland Miami being the other 2, with Miami hiring Saban from LSU there really aren't any other obvious firings/resignations on the horizon, but 2 other teams have coaches that could be considered on the "hotseat" St Louis - They may be in the playoffs, but its becoming clear that Martz is not head coaching material New Orleans - Haslett put together a nice late season run after a miserable start and almost made the playoffs. But then he also called out his bosses And 3 other teams may go thru a coaching change even tho their coach seems somewhat safe SEA - Holmgren has done enuff to keep his job in a weak division. But if the 49ers ask permission to speak with him, I don't think Paul Allen would object MIN - Tice was extended for another year, but if the Vikings are sold the new owner may bring in someone of their own KC - Vermeil might just wake up and decide to retire
