K-9 Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 This would have been the series for K State to go with a faster pace. Â GO BILLS!!! Quote
HansLanda Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 I see tebow with less arm skills. Â Yep...and less speed. Not an NFL player. I was expecting more? Quote
Kelly the Dog Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Weirdest throwing motion I have seen. That last one he looked more like a WR signaling he just got a first down after a catch than a QB throwing motion. Quote
Fadingpain Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 This is the first I've seen of Klein. He is not NFL material, pure and simple. Â How about the Florida QB from last night? Holy crap, the kid can't throw the football! How did he get the QB gig? Â In college, you can get away with that. Not in the NFL! Quote
NoSaint Posted January 4, 2013 Author Posted January 4, 2013 (edited) Â Â Yep...and less speed. Not an NFL player. I was expecting more? Â Nothing wrong with being a great college player. Â He's certainly that. Edited January 4, 2013 by NoSaint Quote

McBeane Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Â Nothing wrong with being a great college player. Â Problem #1: You don't get paid 7+ figures in college (anymore) Quote
Bronc24 Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Â Â Problem #1: You don't get paid 7+ figures in college (anymore) Â Unless you go to USC. Quote

NoSaint Posted January 4, 2013 Author Posted January 4, 2013 Â Â Problem #1: You don't get paid 7+ figures in college (anymore) Â He won't get a huge nfl deal but he will live comfortably in Kansas. A smart hard worker that WILL get gifted a great situation based on his success when his nfl shot expires. Â After a modest nfl deal, some booster will take good care of him and he will take advantage of it. Quote
HansLanda Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 I've figured out the motion...Klein throws like a girl. Really. Quote

I don't think many D1 football players go into their freshman year only hoping to be a great college player. Not trying to start a debate or anything, I don't want to let this topic get out of hand haha. Edited January 4, 2013 by Marcellosaurus Quote
Fadingpain Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 I am looking forward to seeing more of Johnny Football tomorrow. He doesn't throw like a girl. Quote

Without the cool nickname.... He's just a middle of the pack qb.  Fun to watch but he's already being fitted for a Super Bowl ring and HoF jacket by some. Seems like a potential head case based on his arrest last year and rumored arrest in high school.    I wouldn't doubt that.  The only game I have seen is when he dismantled Alabama's defense and looked like Tom Brady.  He finds open receiver and then throws the ball to him. Simple. Good arm strength.  And he runs well and fast too. Quote
NoSaint Posted January 4, 2013 Author Posted January 4, 2013 Awful third down throw. Poor read, poor location, no touch. Quote
