TC in St. Louis Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Anybody see the hit, right after the refs called a first down on a ball that was clearly short of the marker? I think Clowney's hit is comparable to Stratton's hit on Keith Lincoln. Anybody see that? Quote

Coach Tuesday Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 It was comparable to the Roy Williams leaping safety. Quote
DrDawkinstein Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Hit of the year. Took his helmet off, knocked the ball loose, and he just grabbed it like "NBD!" Quote
aristocrat Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Honestly thought the kid's head was going to be in that helmet. That kid is the next Bruce. Quote
Coach Tuesday Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 It looked like a Great White Shark predation video. Quote
Rico Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Vicious hit, great game. I like him better than David Clowney. Quote
Gray Beard Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 I keep dreaming that kyle williams would hit tom brady like that. Quote
Al Cowlings Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Amazing, great game. SEC football is just fun to watch. Quote
thebandit27 Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Barring injury, he's the #1 overall pick in 2014 Quote
firemedic Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Where's he going to fall in the draft? : ) Quote
Al Cowlings Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Where's he going to fall in the draft? : ) He can't enter this year. He may contend for the Heisman next year. He's already better than "Super " Sario. Quote
UConn James Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Who the hell was the Michigan OL blocking that was so important that Clowney went totally unblocked? In the replays, it looks like the OL was pushing air to his right, rather than blocking an actual defender. Piss-poor blocking scheme. Would that OLs did that with MD or MW... they'd look All-Millenium every week. Quote
Section242 Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Was a top recruit. He would be the top pick in this years draft. Next year barring a De'Quan Bowers like knee he'll be the top pick. Quote
