buffalo1983 Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 (edited) Brandon will now oversee all football operations and Whaley is in the wings and will become GM sooner or later. Ralph is now out and will not make ANY football decisions anymore but will still own the team. Russ will now take 100% control of any football choices. Nix will stay as GM for the time. Punch Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 He's not "owner", but Ralph has passed the torch to Russ in terms if running the entire organization, with no oversight.
nick in* england Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 WOW WOW This is massive. I can't work out fully the implications.
tito1 Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 I'm going to lol if ralph is shown on a pre recorded video

Fadingpain Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Presumably Ralph's mental health has deteriorated to the point where he simply cannot continue. This could be a GOOD thing. A 94 year old owner, from a decision making perspective, has effectively been replaced by a much younger, sharp guy in Russ Brandon. As long as Brandon leaves football decisions to football people, this can't be bad.
Maguire's Beer Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Eh. I sort of figured this was the de facto order of things already. Well, until there's a new owner, better Russ than Ralph making the final call.
