His quote was confusing: "as an example of one rumor/speculation that can be crossed off the list: i understand that a while back that the proposal for a stadium in Niagara Falls has long been off the table." - JW (the rational JW) To me that reads as the proposal for a stadium in NF is (potentially) still ON the table...
