zow2
Just makes me smirk a little bit. After the improbable win at Baltimore, they got drilled at home by powerhouse San Diego...then Big Ben throws an INT in OT at Dallas to set the Cowboys up for an easy FG win...then Big Ben throws another INT late at home vs Cinci and sends the Bengals to the playoffs. Very uncharacteristic of the Steelers. as ESPN pointed out they scored 30+ points only once all season and the relationship between Big Ben and the O-coordinator (Todd Haley) has been poor and out of sync. Just goes to show how important it is to have the right coach/QB combo running the offense.

Dr. Trooth
The only difference is, you know they'll be back with a vengeance next season. Unlike the Bills, they don't accept losing.
Best Player Available
The Steelers own a 6 pack of hard earned genuine Lombardi's they are in a different universe than the Bills. And always will. But, if some find joy in a rare year their not in the playoffs. Enjoy! Some Bills fans need to find solace any way they can since winning actual football games isn't one of them. Dean Cain
Tomlin's job is safe: 62-33 regular season first losing season, Big Ben hurt bad, 5-3 playoff record with a Super Bowl.
Rubes
Gailey would have to go undefeated for three straight years to have a similar won-loss record as Tomlin. Think about that. Edited December 25, 2012 by Rubes

True, I was talking to a few steelers fans last weekend who said they haven't had good coaching sice cowher left and their drafting stinks etc... Miyagi-Do Karate
Those fans couldnt handle being Bills fans! I live in Pittsburgh. Steelers fans are spoiled. There was talk about how lebeau and the defense were washed up ... Even though the d finished first in the league again. Then these dopes on talk radio complain about tomlin and yearn for the cowher years (when they use to complain about cowher)
