Tough one, but I'd go with Stafford here. Safer bet given that the game will be played in a dome, and I think this one will be a shoot out. Stafford will be forced to air it out to keep up with the Falcon's offense.

 

That Giants/Ravens game (depending on the weather) could very well be a "ground and pound" affair.
