Fezmid Posted December 15, 2012 Author Posted December 15, 2012 If someone is psychotic enough to walk into a large populated area and execute random people, chances are they aren't afraid of death. That and, in these cases anyway, the attacker has usually been killing themselves as well. It seems like the "Death by Cop" thing that was really "popular" there for awhile.
