Pelini is the asst Def Coordiantor at Oklahoma and was the Def Co at Nebraska. If Pellini turns it down, I guess that both Jerry Gray and Giants def coordinator Tim Lewis.

I think that while the D was really good last year, Gray's Defense really came into its own without LeBeau and Williams this season.
