JinVA Posted December 10, 2012 Posted December 10, 2012 My blinds have gotten really dirty and I'm not talking dust. The only way I can see it is cleaning each individual slat, but that seems like a major pain in the ass. Any suggestions?
BillsWatch Posted December 10, 2012 Posted December 10, 2012 Take them down, take them outside and wash with hose first several times. Then use cleaning fluid and spray tough spots. Repeat as necessary.
thebug Posted December 10, 2012 Posted December 10, 2012 (edited) I usually take them down and hand them to the wife. I have no idea what happens after that. Edited December 10, 2012 by thebug
Jauronimo Posted December 11, 2012 Posted December 11, 2012 Call super Bills fan Marc Miller. He'll clean those things in an intense and thorough manner. http://www.dirtyblinds.com/bizopp/promise.html

Johnny Hammersticks Posted December 11, 2012 Posted December 11, 2012 They're not white trash vinyl mini blinds, but thanks for playing. So, if I have these vinyl mini blinds, does that make me white trash? Get a swiffer duster dude.

ExiledInIllinois Posted December 11, 2012 Posted December 11, 2012 I think you missed a zero on your cost. Small windows... But you are right... Cost goes skyward! Anyway... Don't they have companies/guys that do in-home cleaning... I think they use ultrasonic cleaning methods? So, if I have these vinyl mini blinds, does that make me white trash? Get a swiffer duster dude. LoL... Got to stay on top of them! I suppose if they do not, the job is harder in the end!
