Jerry Jabber
A few of weeks ago, Buddy Nix stated that Chan Gailey's job was safe, and that switching Head Coaches every three years sets an organization back. Does Nix still feel the same way, especially after loses to the Colts & the Rams? If Gailey & Fitz are back in their respective roles next season, then good luck filling up Ralph Wilson stadium next year. This is fitting for the current situation:
jjmac
I wonder if any assistants will be fired.
Jerry Jabber
If Gailey is brought back, he should have his play calling duties removed. Norv Turner would be a good replacement as an offensive coordinator (not HC!)

Helpmenow
This hillbilly gm has no clue. Rw has probably told him no more new hc.
1B4IDie
I really think the FG-Punt Debacle forced Buddy's hand. This indecision will kill any confidence by the players in the coach and should kill any confidence by the GM in the coach. It was a key factor in contributing to the loss. Every GM in the NFL that saw that chain of events would strike buddy nix off the list of any position that requires a gameday decision. Gailey may have a future as a QB coach in the NFL after Buffalo but that is probably it.
