mitchmurraydowntown Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 (edited) I got to watch the Indy game again & one glaring thing stuck out, Chan's desire to play weak. Chan called a play to center the ball for a FG instead of going for a first down. This just makes me want to punch him in the ****. You want to win in this league, grow a pair & go for the throat. We lost several games this year because of kitty calls versus foot on throat, you can't play scared or you'll be scared. Edited December 4, 2012 by mitchmurraydowntown
mrags Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 While I do agree generally I think you might be wrong here. Not regarding the Indy game because I didn't see it. I do think Chan has gradually gotten more and more "wussy" with his calls with the game in the line. But he went balls out against Tennessee and we lost because of a Fitz pick. That wasn't a wussy call. It WAS the wrong call. It's that simple. Chan makes bad calls at bad times. Personally I like his play book. It's not bad. He just needs to know when to be conservative and when not to be. He needs to know when to pass and not to.
