bobinaz Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 So what's the likelihood the Jags come in and have their way with the Bills? Henne has their offense playing extremely well the past few weeks. The Bills have a habit of making no-nane players look like pro bowlers. Granted our D has improved, but if Fitz and company continue to stall drives and settle for FGs, I see this as another embarrassing loss. We barely squeaked past Miami. The offense has been putrid since the second NE game. I'd love to see this team run the table these next 5 games, but with the offensive play lately, I don't see but maybe one or two wins if their lucky. It's too bad the game isn't sold out. The 12th man really helps. But then again, these are our Buffalo Bills. Nothing is guaranteed.
Buftex Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 (edited) Yeah, Henne scares me a little...I thought he looked pretty good at times in Miami as well. One of those guys I wouldn't have minded seeing the Bills go after, when he was available. Edited November 30, 2012 by Buftex
Quester74 Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 An embarrassing loss isn't all bad.. embarrassment leads to change.. hopefully in the HC, DC and QB departments.
....lybob Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Jags might win but have their way to us is a bit much- this is kinda a cripple fight.
Dr. Fong Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 The more disastrous outcome to me is the Bills light up the Jags and the false optimism gains more life and the Bills lose draft position.
smuvtalker Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Jags might win but have their way to us is a bit much- this is kinda a cripple fight. Well put. Timmy vs Jimmy
fridge Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 No. We will continue to win the pointless, easy games in order to elevate our hopes for next season.
Keukasmallies Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 I get it; this is one of those posts where the first word in the title is interchangable with any of the teams in the NFL. I'm with Quester74 as I believe we have to stop enabling the front office by paying, attending, watching a vastly inferior on-field product. (Can you even imagine the situation in the parking lots before and after the game?)
zow2 Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Two great games this weekend. Don't miss Bills/Jags and Panthers/Chiefs. I'm sure the talking heads at ESPN, etc.. will all over both games.
TheBrownBear Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 "Disaster" written all over it? Hate to break it to you, but there's no such thing as a disastrous loss when you're 4-7. The disaster is being 4-7 in the first place.
BuffBill Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 (edited) It wouldn't surprise me in the least bit if the Jags win here, and in easy fashion. Henne is hot, Mularkey and Poz (who would still be here if it weren't for the failed defensive switch) are returning and the Bills suck. Not sure it would be a disaster though, maybe a little to strong of a word. I mean flies can land on excrement, but it already stunk before the flies arrived, so is it really a disaster? A disaster is Chan's play calling, Fitz's play and Ralph's ownership. No. We will continue to win the pointless, easy games in order to elevate our hopes for next season. And give them an excuse to keep the worthless bunch of GM, HC and QB around-because "we improved the second half of the season", like we haven't heard that before. CodeMonkey Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Jags might win but have their way to us is a bit much- this is kinda a cripple fight. As one guy put it ... the Bills/Jags game is going to be like watching two guys with no arms try and high-5.
Saint Doug Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Disaster? I don't get it. To me disaster would be the Bills winning this game on a field goal in OT.
marauderswr80 Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 As one guy put it ... the Bills/Jags game is going to be like watching two guys with no arms try and high-5. Lol....thats a good one!
HamSandwhich Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Looks like their top 2 WRs are ailling and didn't practice Thurs. Even with them, the Bills should blow them out, but w/o them, well it should be a laugher from the start. Cmon now, you honestly think the Jags are a better team?
Coach Tuesday Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 They put up like 50 against Houston on the road. But meh, if you really want things to change you should hope the Bills lose this one and other remaining games.
C.Biscuit97 Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 The Super Bowl champs were 9-7 last year. The championship run starts Sunday!
muffmonster Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 We did make Henne look like a superstar last year, so yeah that does scare me. Again this is a game we should win, but that means nothing with the Bills.
