RogerNapalm Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 This is good article, but it is only stating the obvious. Fitzie's got to go.
bigK14094 Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 As soon as possible, but not sooner. That means keep him until there is a better alternative. And, I think we need to find out about Jackson some this year. We already know Thigpen is not the guy.
boyst Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Quoting bleacherreport and posting a link to the site is silly. It drives trafficaway from the site designed to invoke these discussions. Plus Bleacher Report is horrible.

truth on hold Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Not anymore. Bleacher used to be the national enquirer of sports but they've gotten a lot better. This is a very provocative article. I may not follow all the throwing mechanics stuff , but I wholly agree bills have good WRs that can get deep. And the QB is holding them back.

Sisyphean Bills Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 The sad thing is this was true when he played for the Rams.
BUFFALOTONE Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 in other news water is wet and the sun is extremely hot....
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Read the article and thought it was well done
peterpan Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 As soon as possible, but not sooner. That means keep him until there is a better alternative. And, I think we need to find out about Jackson some this year. We already know Thigpen is not the guy. I disagree. We already know Fitz sucks. Cut him now, and try someone else. Who care if we get worse, that only results in a higher draft pick.
dave mcbride Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Quoting bleacherreport and posting a link to the site is silly. It drives trafficaway from the site designed to invoke these discussions. Plus Bleacher Report is horrible. The piece is actually quite good.
bananathumb Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Wonder if we would have better with Trent? How could we have been worse? Anyway, Fitz has cost us 3 years of our lives.
marauderswr80 Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Whos going to be out there though? Who can replace fitz?
NoSaint Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 ill give credit - i normally bash bleacher and RARELY will click the links. that wasnt a 100 page slideshow, and had some interesting breakdown.
BuffBill Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 (edited) http://bleacherrepor...trick-is-a-must Alot of us non-kool aid drinkers knew the extension was a terrible decision, but over time with Fitz's normal crappy play, alot more delusional Bills' fans are starting to agree with us. Fitz is the most intelligent dumbass I have ever seen. Edited November 28, 2012 by BuffBill
Dr. Trooth Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 OK Fitz is out... enter Kyle Orton, Tarvaris Jackson, Rex Grossman, or some other loser. Bills just aint gonna bring in a QB that will make any significant difference.... Mark that down.

Fitz is the most intelligent dumbass I have ever seen. nothing wrong with the extension. its easy to get out of and standard pay for the role he was going to be asked to play. the real issue thus far is not finding the next option.
Cotton Fitzsimmons Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Wonder if we would have better with Trent? How could we have been worse? Anyway, Fitz has cost us 3 years of our lives. 4th down, game on the line... Trent plays it safe, tucks the ball and trots out of bounds. That was the end of Trent Edwards.
BuffBill Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 nothing wrong with the extension. its easy to get out of and standard pay for the role he was going to be asked to play. the real issue thus far is not finding the next option. When I say that people knew the extension was a bad idea, I wasn't talking about the money aspect of it, but the fact that they were convinced that Fitz was the answer, and stayed with him instead of drafting a QB. Now that they have admitted they need a QB, there really are none in the draft.
