dayman Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 The simplification of the tax code or a flat tax will never be implemented because it would hurt lawyers, and congress is essentially a lawyers guild. Yes lawyers are to blame for all our problems. It's lawyers.
TakeYouToTasker Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Yes lawyers are to blame for all our problems. It's lawyers. Serious question, has your reading comprehension actually gotten worse, or have you just made a much stronger commitment to putting forth strawman arguments?
3rdnlng Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Yes lawyers are to blame for all our problems. It's lawyers. Do you mind if I put this in my signature line?

TakeYouToTasker Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 strawman Questions can't be strawmen, it's not how the language works. Or are you admitting that you made a strawman?
Doc Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Yes lawyers are to blame for all our problems. It's lawyers. No, not all.
IDBillzFan Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 (edited) You'd think after the last four years that smart individuals who follow politicis would not question why, in the world of politics, everything is focused on one single person (Norquist, Rice, Fluke, a cop acting stupidly, or a white hispanic killing a boy who could look like the president's son). If you genuinely think Norquist has anything to do with what is happening in the political world today, you should probably stop paying attention to politics until this administration moves along. While I hold little hope, I genuinely hope that whomever is elected in 2016 opts to face issues, not create distractions. Edited November 28, 2012 by LABillzFan
