Reduction estimates should total $50 per family which is about $520 million worth of yearly groceries from a total of 869,000 households. lol, my guess is that this won't prevent them from voting Dem in 2016.

It got wrinkled yesterday as he toured the NY area and accepted accolades from Governor Cuomo for saving the east coast from peril.

If so, would any government agency be able to develop a plan to attack the problems there? (FEMA is busy with weather report analysis in the event an outreach office needs to close because of rain.)
