My heart is saying the Bills take this one and the last game against the nyets and split with 2 of the teams in the AFCE this season and use that momentum next year.

Maybe you linked the wrong story? This was a Bucky brooks piece and not Billick, also didn't see any mention of the spread. I am looking at it from my phone, so I could be wrong if there was a video that I just am not seeing...
