:lol: Fact is, it IS a piss-poor excuse for science. It's a net consumer of energy - the generator must produces less electricity (substantially less, given the described cycle of purification - it would be more efficient to eliminate the filters and use distilled water) than is used in the electrolysis. If it worked, it would be a perpetual motion machine. The second law of thermodynamics always wins in the end.

Didn't somebody invent a carb for an engine that runs on water?... Takes the H out and runs on that? That was in the 1930's... Actually, I think by the person who also earlier invented the traffic light (Oregon or Texas I think) or something??... Going of memory here... The problem is (hyrdogen) embrittlement and the effect on the metal engine parts.
