Canks Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 Seeing as how the NHL is probably going to be locked out until 2013 at the earliest, why not bring in Lindy Ruff to help Chan? -Lindy is a proven winner who knows how to get the most from athletes. -He loves Buffalo and knows Buffalonians -He has reached the big game twice with minimal talent, here there is a coach who can't even get to .500 with superb talent, why not bring in Lindy to help motivate the players, instill some discipline, work on the non x's and o's side of the game. -Pegula probably won't even mind paying Lindy to consult for the Bills considering he's probably going to buy them sometime within the next 15 years anyways and will see it as an investment. 13-6 w/ Chan and Lindy. YES WE CHANlindy.
stony Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 I love it. But hasn't Lindy only been to the big game once crayonz, I mean Canks.

Best Player Available Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Lindy? They should bring in Jerry Sullivan!
Bangarang Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 How's Lindy's deep ball? I'm all for giving him a few snaps under center to see how it goes?
Charles Romes Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 He's 72 and has been out of the game for 15 years! If we are hiring coaching consultants I'd rather have someone better than a .400 winning percentage. Notwithstanding his succes with unorthodox signal callers we need help on D not on offense.
bills44 Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Lindy is a loser. Besides, football is far too violent for him.
Kkspike Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 after one play lindy would switch the depth chart.
benderbender Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Obviously you weren't paying attention last season when the Sabres were still in the hunt for the last playoff spot with 10 games left and we got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. He lost the locker room. Keep him away from 1 Bills Drive
bills44 Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 He'd have Spiller be the holder for Lindell, and give Tashard Choice 25 carries a game.
mrags Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 This can't possibly be serious but if it is it makes me want to vomit. The only thing more sickening than Ralph still owning the team, Nix running it, Chan overseeing it, Fitz leading it and Freddy getting more reps than CJ is the thought that Lindy is a good coach. You've got to be kidding me.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 I love it. But hasn't Lindy only been to the big game once crayonz, I mean Canks. I think Canks is Crayonz too.
