voodoo poonani Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Well, at least we looked good. We could win the rest of our games if we play like that, less fumbles. That being said, this was devastating. Why did Fitz throw that ball!!!? We're 3-6 or is it 13-28? What in the world makes you think we can win all our games? Drugs?
Bubba Gump Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Graham was four yards BEHIND the DB, how is supposed to undercut the DB on that play??? Bad throw by Fitz all the way.
billsfaninvgs Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Like someone said, losers lose winners win. This was a team loss and it hurt.. Can't wait for Thursday. Bet this took the wind out of their sails. I expect a blowout loss on Thursday at home.
Big C Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 It doesn't matter if he ran the wrong route. Fitz picked the wrong receiver. Shame, because he was having a great game.
BoDontKnowSnow Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Fitz actually had a good game (I am not a Fitz fan). That was a terrible play call with little chance of success.
TheBrownBear Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 the funny thing is that fitz was so damn nails until that final throw. Kept bringing them back and threw some nice ropes on that last drive. Looked like an all-pro until that throw. I almost wish he'd just suck all the time instead of teasing us.
billsfaninvgs Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Graham was wide open in the back of the endzone. That was 100% on Fitz. A good QB hits him in the numbers in the back of the endzone a bad QB throws it straight to the DB.
benderbender Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Can't blame this on Fitz. You can blame the season on Fitz
bbb Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 This loss hurts so bad. I wanted to be going to Thursday night's game with the whole city excited.
VABills Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Shouldn Fitz be sure before he makes that throw? I mean I know its a timing pattern and MAYBE TJ is in the wrong space. But Cant Fitz see that TJ is nowhere near that area? He was at least 7-8 yards away. Dont throw thow the f'kn pass and go to 3rd down. There are no 25 yard timing plays in the NFL. There are no 25 yard timing plays at any level of football. Where do you folks come up with this crap?
JPS Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Wasn't on Fitz fellas - TJ was supposed to cut underneath McCourty. I was looking for someone to pick that up. The Bills needs good QB, but that INT was on the rookie WR. If he runs the proper route and catches the ball, the Bills were in business. TJ Graham....welcome to the spotlight on film day.
ChasBB Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 I don't believe in moral victories, but I'm not putting this on Fitz -- he played a fantastic game in a hostile environment. He showed something today. Hated to see that pick -- looked like a miscommunication or else he just didn't see the guy. Statistically, Buffalo even did better than New England -- a win would have been so sweet and that's the bottom line, but Fitz played a heckuva game.
DisplacedBillsFan Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Wasn't on Fitz fellas - TJ was supposed to cut underneath McCourty. Exactly! Stupid to go to TJ a day after talking about how he doesn't play more because he can't be trusted to run routes properly. Have to go to Stevie, CJ, or Chandler in that situation.
JPS Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Graham was four yards BEHIND the DB, how is supposed to undercut the DB on that play??? Bad throw by Fitz all the way. I musta been watching a different game.
billsfaninvgs Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 And I will say it... Where was Mario? That game was why they brought him in. To get to Brady. And...... Nothing
It's in My Blood Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 I felt Fitzmagic coming. I can't believe the outcome of this game. Im totally stunned. We had the momentum. Fitz was throwing balls on a rope. The defense got the stop they needed. Just a horribly heartbreaking loss. On the flip-side, at least we don't have to wait another week to watch the team. If Fitz can play the way he did today, and if Spiller is the featured back (Freddy most likely will miss Thursday as i'm pretty sure he is concussed), we will win.
kasper13 Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 He didn't have to throw it. He threw it, Right to the Pats CB. He can't see TJ wasn't there? How long are you people going to defend this loser? Every time a game is there to be won he throws an interception. Chan, Fitz and Fumblin Freddie. All losers. That's acceptable to everyone? Good for you, 3-6 but we were close today. 12 straight losses in NE, 2-22 against NE since 2001. 4-21 vs AFC East last 25. NO playoffs since 1999. No playoff win since 1995, Loser freaking mentality, Sick and tired of it,
sodbuster Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 My father, literally right as that play was unfolding: "Fitz is driving me nuts, because he is having a great game... Oh, there it is."
Bubba Gump Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Love all the coaches on this site that must know the playbook and the exact route the receiver was supposed to run. He ran a route that had him 4 yards behind the DB and wide open in the back of the endzone. Fitz's pass was horribly underthrown, yet the WR ran the wrong route....OK.
