Glennon is better than he gets credit for. He's never going to be a scrambler, but he has enough mobility to escape pressure to get the throw off. I'll be stoked if he's a Bill come draft day.

When drafting a qb to ultimately be your franchise qb the consideration shouldn't be value alone as compared to getting the best qb that is available. You have to factor in the importance of the position vs the value of a player regardless of position. With respect to the qb position the importance of the position trumps primarily considering player rankings. The success rate for a first round qb selection is much higher than when drafting at a later round.

Clowney's a sophomore. And even if he were draft eligible, he would still be long gone before the Bills were on the clock.
