Were they there as silent, peaceful observers - or do we need to be concerned about them voting once for each of their own tendrils which I understand number in the thousands? I hope not. We've enough to be concerned about with the dead, and the thousands who've moved out of state permanently, and your regular run-of-the-mill aliens voting.
