Mark VI Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/preview04/co...john&id=1871680 Sorry if this has been posted previously. Can you believe New England only had 5 illegal contact calls for the whole 2003 season! They could/should have been called for a dozen against the Colts in the AFC Championship game alone ! Will be interesting to see how well this rule is enforced. No real surprises on this list.

Actually they should have been called 15 times against the Colts, as per ESPN. But that wouldn't have changed anything, right?
1billsfan Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 If the league does inforce this rule, they WILL be making an example of the Pats this year to prove it's commitment to the rule. Here's hoping they do. BTW, that Colts playoff game was criminal. The refs looked as if they had money on the Pats.
