NickelCity Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 I understand that selling the team after his death may be the best financial decision for Ralph's family, but I have a hard time believing that there is no consideration for public opinion. If the team were simply auctioned off to the highest bidder (say, from out of town), Ralph would be vilified. Considering the wealth that the family has already accumulated (and are set to received regardless of even the most stringent tax), I would think that there must be some consideration of this. I know I could be mistaken, but it seems crazy to cast aside Ralph's legacy so flippantly.
Doc Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Too bad the folks in Houston are still without an NFL team... (Oh yeah--Ralph could have moved to Houston, right doc? ) You think that if Buffalo loses the Bills, they're ever getting another NFL team? Yeah, okay. (and yes, Ralph could have moved to Houston)
Mark Vader Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Adding insult to injury is the fact that Adams' team is the one that beat us two weeks ago in our own building. That game was the ultimate insult of the season, and probably killed any chance of the Bills getting a playoff spot.
