Williams is a testament to why you don't make a lifelong scout a GM at 70 years old.This staff is in way over their heads. We will need to draft another DB very early yet again. maybe im just brain dead with this team right now - but how is A Williams an example of that? A scout should be able to atleast pick talent. if you pointed towards team building or money management i could see where you were going but a poor talent at a high pick... not so much.
