Captain Hindsight Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Rhinehart is a big loss. Glad brooks is active tho. I assume he will be active on Sunday
boyst Posted November 2, 2012 Author Posted November 2, 2012 Rhinehart is a big loss. Glad brooks is active tho. I assume he will be active on Sunday Have to assume he will be, Chan was his coordinator in KC. Rinehart, well, at this rate, not concerned with the loss, yet.
1B4IDie Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Doubt he goes fron IR to active in a few days. Well there goes a trvia question has any other team activated a player from IR yet?

boyst Posted November 2, 2012 Author Posted November 2, 2012 Huh? Who's going to throw him the ball? Doubt he goes fron IR to active in a few days. Well there goes a trvia question has any other team activated a player from IR yet? He should have recovered. He had ample time, he knows the system, did well last year and he could be starting by year end.

Agreed, Brooks has been practicing for two weeks now as well. I'd hope to at least see him on special teams, though he's currently in his rookie year. Edited November 2, 2012 by Carey Bender

FLFan Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Looks like McGhee is out. They would not have activated Brooks if he was not ready to play. Rhinehart is a big loss. The number 3 Guard is now Sam Young, with Urbik coming off injury. Big dropoff.

Yeah he may have learned the system, but I know for sure he did not do well last year here in Buffalo. Second of all, Hopefully the opposing team's QB will be throwing him the Ball. He is a DB my friend. Not sure who think he is, maybe you confusing him with Bucky Brooks from way back when.. Edited November 2, 2012 by rsxfirefighter
jkrules Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Just cut McGee, the guy is toast. Still better than Williams or Rogers
1B4IDie Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Still better than Williams or Rogers Better at getting therapy in the training room? Agreed, Brooks has been practicing for two weeks now as well. I'd hope to at least see him on special teams, though he's currently in his rookie year. I'm pretty sure you are not allowed by the NFLPA to practice if you are in IR. Why do you think Ron Brooks was practicing on IR?

BillsFanForever19 Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Ron Brooks looked REALLY promising in Training Camp. Not so sure about this Rob Brooks guy though.
jkrules Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Better at getting therapy in the training room? LOL I would prefer to see Williams and Rogers get some therapy. I'm pretty sure you are not allowed by the NFLPA to practice if you are in IR. Why do you think Ron Brooks was practicing on IR? Believe if you are Designated to Return you can practice once you are medically cleared.
HurlyBurly51 Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Who's this Rob Brooks guy - sounds promising!
5 Wide Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Makes sense....he has to be up to speed, i'm pretty sure everyone who has watched any of the Bills has their defensive scheme figured out.
Maybe Someday Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Huh? Also, did the extent of Rinehart's injury ever come out? All I’ve seen is it was a severe ankle injury but I’d really like to know just how severe it is. I’m sick of this team putting guys that have 4-6 week injuries on IR just to open a roster spot…we’ve done that way too many times over the past few years. It would really tick me off if that is the case with this move when we’re using roster spots for a kick off specialist, 3 ½ QBs and stone hand’s Martin.
1B4IDie Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 http://blogs.buffalo...ks-to-practice/ Interesting. Well that is nice addition to the rule.
