Are Thursday night games on NFLN subject to blackout?

Man, I hope the game is blacked out around the entire world. The Buffalo area already is not held in high esteem. The Bills just make Buffalo look worse.

Sad, but true. Does anyone know how that works though? Same rules apply one would assume... Just wasn't sure bc it was on cable.

 

Embarrassing that its another year with so many games not sold out.

It will be on NFL network , but it wont be simulcast on a local network
