I was glad to see that White started to question this nonsense that the present stadium has the best sight-lines in the league. That nonsense ranks up there with Brandin saying the 90's Bills had trouble selling seats in December.

So, you do not htink the Ralph has some of the best sight lines? Are you serious???

These are the Stadiums where I have seen games last 10 years..name me one that has better sight lines

Baltimore

Washington

Philly

Charlotte

Atlanta

Dallas

New England

San Diego

Chicago

Miami

The Ralph has only one issue as it concerns sight lines..first couple of rows are too close to field, makes people stand up. Outside of that , none of those stadiums can hold a candle to the Ralph for fans in the actual bowl of the stadium.

Now, The Ralph lacks in revenue generating Suites and clubs, and certainly the concources need to be improved if possible.

BTW I did NOT hear Jermey starting to question the sight lines..nor did I hear a terse no to the Toronto question...I heard a no..there is nothng new to report!

How you got your conclusiions is a real mystery

This in absolutely NOT a good deal. 8 -10 years in exchange for $230,000,000. in stadium improvements? This is a sh!!ty deal. 23 to 28,000,000./year to keep the Bills here. If that's the price let them walk. If this state and this county is being asked to fork over that kind of money the lease term should be 20 years at least with heavy penalties for breakage.

I think you have trouble reading/comprehending....

Hmmmm, I've been many of those stadiums too and as White said it's not like first impression is that Rich stadium has appreciably better sight-lines. If this is the only thing that Brandon can hang his hat on to describe this as the "fenway" of the NFL he's in big trouble.

The guy is a tool, if the sight lines are so incredibly great he should have no trouble selling tickets.

Where exactly is the rumored Niagara Falls site? (street, etc.) TIA

It's a large tract of land a few blocks from the casino (the first portion of Niagara Street from about 9th Street to Portage Road). Howard Milstein is the head of Niagara Falls Redevelopment that has been buying up hundreds of properties in this area (mostly run downed, vacant homes). He is also real tight with Cuomo. Not saying that this is an ideal sight for the Bills new home but there is plenty of land available owned by a good buddy of the NYS govenor. It is crystal clear however that the current owner of the Bills has ZERO intention of building a new stadium. Such a project would only commence when the Bills are under new ownership, whenever that may be, if they decide NOT to move the team. The real interesting part here is that Roger Trevino is the president of NFR. He was also the agent of one Jim Kelly. Hmmm.....

Yes it is. Any fan from anothet team that comes to the Ralph for the first time is astounded at how good the sight lines are.And if you think all you need are good sight lines to sell tickets..you be high.

Lets not forget ole Fenway was not exactely selling out in the 80's and 90's ,

Milstein also bid on the Redskins with Snyder, he was rejected by the NFL mainly because of his propensity to sue. Nothing suggests that they would approve him this time around. The site also is smaller than Rich stadiums by 30% and has a lot of buildings / businesss that would have to cleared - it is by no means ideal.

Another myth that has to be busted is that Jim Kelly will have anything to do future ownership of this team, just watch the interview he did with Koshinsky.

Cause that's the lone factor that goes into selling tickets for a game.

Most of Fenway Park is as comfortable as an iron maiden if you are over 6ft tall.

Then it should be the Mecca of the NFL with fans flocking from afar to pay the lowest priced tickets, tail gate and take in the greatest sight lines in the NFL, that should be his marketing package. Unfortunately that is not the only reason to go see a game which is why he'll have crowds averaging about 55,000 for the last three home games and that might be generous.

Milstein was rejected by the NFL because his loans were secured with real estate which is not a readily liquid asset.

Dude you were the one who said if such great sight lines..why do they not sell out? Now you are saying the opposite? Get a hold of your argument

I usually never get in arguments with trolls like you on these boards, but something about your demeanor here is getting on my nerves. The interview was nothing as you portray in your post, you act like you are some king insider, and you offer nothing but troll like vitriol on this board.

See Ya..done with responding to any of yur posts

Well you can go with that as another reason to disqualify him. The fact is he sued both Cooke's son and, incredibly, Charlie Casserly for his failed bid. And lost both suits badly. He won't be approved even if Kelly's former agent works for him.

Not quite sure why everyone's labelled as a troll if they paint a realistic view of what's going on. Enjoy the sight lines and the plenty of space in the stadium, Brandon didn't discuss his inventory of tickets for the December games so once again the only people that will be seeing the games will the ones in the stadium. As far as being an insider everything i've predicted has come to fruition.

Well aren't you just a ray of sunshine.

You must admit, it's pretty funny that one of their development sites is "The Tutrle", which was built with gobs of public money as the "Native American Center for the Living Arts" and went bankrupt almost immediately and has been sitting empty for 20 years.

And now, a developer in Buffalo wants to build a new stadium on the Buffalo waterfront and wants to build a museum (Strong Museum of Play) next to it, to allegedly draw people to the site.

Not a ray of sunshine but a beacon of clarity. I think everyone can agree that the off field issues are messed up, both of these negotiations have been going on forever and there's no resolution in sight. And lest I remind you the owner is NINETY-FOUR years old and has been seen in public once in the last year.

"Beacon of Clarity" Okay ... let's go with that. There is a difference between folks being optimistic and folks being stupid. The way your posts/responses are written give off an undeniable "you are an idiot if you don't see things my way" vibe that seems to be growing around here.

Your beacon is not of clarity. It is a beacon of negativity. Everyone has the right to be negative and condescending and borderline obnoxious. Luckily, few exercise it.

OK call me a troll and negative and while you're at it refute my beacon of clarity points. That's all.
