drinkTHEkoolaid
ABSOLUTE MORAL AUTHORITY, THEN AND NOW: Rand Simberg on the ubiquity of Cindy Sheehan in 2005, versus the crickets that Tyrone Woods’ father has received from all but one television network. . The double standard from the media is sickening
B-Man
Benghazi consulate that came under attack by Al Qaeda militants was being used for CIA operations The CIA was operating a covert mission in the U.S. consulate in Libya when it came under attack by al Qaeda-linked militants on September 11, intelligent chiefs have admitted. Four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, were killed in the six-hour, commando-style attack on the US Mission in the Libyan city, for which al-Qaeda and Islamist militia Ansar al-Sharia have been blamed. The CIA made the revelation as it laid bare the heroic rescue by a handful of its agents in which they fought off wave after wave of mortar and rocket attacks with just their handguns as they sought to infiltrate the compound and shepherd its American staff to safety. A timeline, released by the agency, has blown open the dramatic sequence of events, revealing for the first time that of the 30 American officials evacuated from the country following the deadly attack, just seven worked for the State Department. http://www.dailymail...l#ixzz2BAw7AS00 . IDBillzFan
Man, this joke of a story just won't go away. It's getting SO widespread, that the weekend before the election, David Gregory is actually planning to discuss it on Meet the Press. And when David Gregory is talking about, you know the story is getting legs.

Doc
Man, this joke of a story just won't go away. Jim in Anchorage
British frustrated over US response. http://www.foxnews.c...test=latestnews British sources on the ground in Benghazi said they are extremely frustrated by the attack and are still wondering why they weren't called for help. “We have more people on the ground here than the Americans and I just don't know why we didn't get the call?" one said. Nanker
I've got some questions. Was the US running guns to the Syrian rebels? Were weapons being stored at the consulate? If so, did Al Qaida attack the consulate to get he weapons for themselves? Was the DoD confused by the attack thinking it wasn't Al Qaida but believing it was forces close to the Syrian rebels that were making the attack - in a pre-arrangement scenario? Was that how the weapons transferal "supposed" to happen and under the 'fog of' the skirmish the Dod and DoS could just throw up their hands and wag their tongues and blame the video? Was the video planted in the MidEastern Islamic mindset prior to 9/11 in order to provide the cover for the weapons exchange? Is that why the US AttUN went on 5 Sunday talk shows to promote the lie - because that was part of the prearrangement and the BO administration can't think on its feet and went forward with the script? Is that why the CIA/Seals were told to stand down - because this was a US government backed operation that they were supposed to be kept out of and let it play out by itself? No one died during Watergate. No one.
IDBillzFan
I'm sure it will be as hard-hitting as his discussion of it last Sunday. The simple fact that he is discussing it the final weekend before the presidential election is enough to me.

No one died during Watergate. No one. I doubt the consulate had weapons as they seemed pretty defenseless. Despite repeated warnings to DC that they where In danger. I truly believe this is a impeachable offense for Obama under dereliction of duty.
B-Man
Right before the election.......... Papers Blast Obama Over Benghazi The lead editorials in the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal today offer stinging critiques of the Obama administration’s handling of Benghazi. The Post notes that what happened in Benghazi “increasingly looks like a major security failure” and argues, “sooner or later the administration must answer questions” about that failure and “the policies that led to it.” Why was there a security failure at the consulate, and how did U.S. forces in Libya and outside the country respond to the emergency? The result is a host of unanswered questions. {snip} evasive, inconsistent and conflicting accounts about one of the most serious American overseas defeats in recent years http://weeklystandard.com/blogs/papers-blast-obama-over-benghazi_660248.html
