Go back to your fantasy GM game if you think there is any significant chance of 1.4B waterfront stadium getting off ground floor. Less likely than third party candidate winning white house bid.

I'm not sure what was in that article that makes you think it's any less likely.

 

Granted, a new stadium project isn't very likely to get moving right now, but a whole lot can change quickly if Ralph were to pass and/or the Bills are sold before the current lease expires.

Won't it need more then a ground floor to seat 70k??? Or are they just going to do Bleachers?

I've mentioned this in the past removing the skyway along the waterfront in San Francisco was one of the best things they ever did for this city. I think it would be a fantastic idea in Buffalo too.
