Its a waste of time and won't happen because the economics don't work. Its still within the context of Buffalo a city with horrible economic and demographic trends. Putting a stadium there does nothing, it wont bring people from afar and doesnt change the buffalo economy a bit. If dumping a stadium anywhere were some miracle cure you could build one in the middle of no where and have it work. But it doesn't thats why that doesn't happen.

Regionalization/internationalization via a Niagara falls location is the only viable option. That package may not be enough to compete with an LA bidder but its the only one with a chance.

I fail to see how building a stadium 30 minutes north of downtown Buffalo is going to magically start bringing in hordes of Canadian fans that otherwise wouldn't go to the game.

The answers right in your failure to see: fans in Buffalo will still travel to the Falls to the see the Bills, but tourists won't travel to Buffalo to see them. Put the stadium where the tourists are, and it sure as hell isn't Buffalo

Because its an hour+ closer to Toronto . Not everyone gets to the game at 8am and stays all day. The people with real money, the kind that keeps NFL teams where they are because they buy the non shareable luxury suites and seat licenses, are in Toronto, not buffalo.
