....lybob Posted October 23, 2012 Posted October 23, 2012 Just change the name to stretching, isometrics and controlled breathing to illicit a relaxation response because that's all it in the western world- while Hatha Yoga was originally part of a spiritual tradition it's just exercise here.

Couple that with mantras, meditation, breathing exercises, in a natural setting on a glorious day- Yoga can be considered a religion. It transcends exercise
