But Chan doesnt go for 2 to go up 7 with 5 seconds left in the 3rd quarter.

Point taken. And it's not just easily dismissed with old chestnuts about hindsight. One coach has balls and wants to win. One coaches scared and not to lose. A winning coach sees an opportunity, a losing coach sees possible criticism. There are not many times in games that you score on one play drives. A 2 point conversion allows you to expand the lead to a TD on a single play. Being up 6 doesn't help when you haven't forced FG attempts all day. When the Bills finally took the lead, the 2 pt conversion seemed logical. The lack of guts and passivity may have cost a win when it was in hand. One mistake among many by the coaches today.

Hindsight is always 20/20

He is an NFL head coach. I expect his foresight to be 20/20, especially when Tomlin's is. And half the stadiums for that matter.

Enough excuses already. Its been 13 years. Make the !@#$ing playoffs.

Totally agree, its like when people defended Leodis bringing out the kickoff against the Pats on Monday night a few years back. They were all worried about the time(was a little over 2 mins left I believe). They were all worried about Brady when the Bills making one first down would of iced the game. Its a gutless, loser mentality that infects this organization.

Difference between a successful franchise such as Pittsburgh and a franchise like Buffalo. When I saw them line I couldn't help but laugh it off...

One might argue that being too scared to return a simple kickoff is a gutless loser mentality......
