KD in CA Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 Next time I'm in Palm Desert I'll need to remember to stop at the Kilt bar. Yes After how many drinks?
Just Jack Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 Next time I'm in Palm Desert I'll need to remember to stop at the Kilt bar. It's a chain, there is one in CT... http://www.tiltedkilt.com/
KD in CA Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 It's a chain, there is one in CT... http://www.tiltedkilt.com/ Thanks for the info, but unless you are in the south or southwest, I'm sure it's not worth the effort. The girl in the video would have no problems getting hired at the CT location.
IDBillzFan Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 She's right. People shouldn't have to look a certain way. Unless they want a job at the Tilted Kilt, in which case she should either apply at Denny's or find a way to fit into the outfit, but otherwise shut the hell up about what is and isn't fair.

Its everyone's inalienable right to go through life never having felt uncomfortable, insulted, embarrassed or subjected to any honesty or truth whatsoever. Thats the definition of fair. To each according to their needs, from each according to their ability. Why should the race be won by the fleet footed or the jumble solved by the quick witted when the spoils of life could be awarded by need, or in this case emotional needs and insecurity? That fat pig needs to feel pretty more than a pretty girl needs to earn tips. Thats the definition of fair.

Here's the really ridiculous thing: here in the US we have a girl being interviewed because she doesn't fit into a skirt and as a result can't get a job, and in Pakistan a 14-year-old girl name Malala Yousafzai was shot in the head by the Taliban for, according to the Taliban, "promoting secularism." They've removed the bullet, and the girl is expected to live, but the Taliban said they will go after her again. And the dumbass girl in the US is the one complaining about what is and isn't fair in this world. Edited October 11, 2012 by LABillzFan
B-Large Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 When she says, "nobody should have to go through that", I would certain agree with her.... Nobody should have to see her in the TK uniform when they are at the establishment.
