If he can't answer it, tell him to call the owner, get the answer and report back ASAP. BTW, Brandon is a tool. They have the answer. They just know that the public won't like it so they are not giving it.

A more telling comparison would be Erie County vs. the entire USA. 14% of Erie County lives in poverty. This is slightly below the national percentage of 14.2%.
