NY would be much better off without downstate. Our economic reality doesn't align with their entitlement spending and upstate economies suffer. Both simply state that Cuomo favors one, which is backed up in the blog post ... A proposed 25,000-seat soccer stadium in Queens has the support of Gov. Andrew M.
