Chef Jim Posted October 17, 2012 Posted October 17, 2012 I was blown away watching it live. I'm too young for the moon landing, and I think this was that type of event for me. Absolutely incredible. It was cool but nothing like the moon landing. Just the Saturn 5 liftoff blows everything away. For several days we crossed our fingers that they'd make it there and several more hoping they'd make it back. Going outside and looking at the moon and knowing there were two guys up there was awe inspiring for a little kid.
