jcbillsfan Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Anyone against putting him in for Williams ?
stevestojan Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 (edited) I'd be stretch to go from Kyle at 310 pounds to McKelvin who is like 175 soaking wet but I'm all for change at this point. :-) Edited October 8, 2012 by stevestojan
Maury Ballstein Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 of course.....Williams is not ready or is a safety who should be riding the pine til he gets his shot
K-9 Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 I'd be stretch to go from Kyle at 310 pounds to McKelvin who is like 175 soaking wet but I'm all for change at this point. :-) Don't be an idiot. He was talking about Mario Williams. GO BILLS!!!

DC Tom Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Don't be an idiot. He was talking about Mario Williams. GO BILLS!!! I thought he meant Kyle. As long as he didn't mean Aaron...I don't want to see McKelvin in coverage again.

marcre Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 I'm not sure why the Bills are sticking with Williams. He's been horrible. He's not a CB.
K-9 Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 I thought he meant Kyle. As long as he didn't mean Aaron...I don't want to see McKelvin in coverage again. But can you really call it coverage when McKelvin is involved? BTW, I noticed you are bringing the comedic heat today. GO BILLS!!!
Best Player Available Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Discussing Mckelvin is futile. He's in a contract year. Unless he will resign at Vets minimum he's gone. He's has proven every year why he's not a even serviceable d-back. He can return kicks, we have plenty of those and their not hard too find. See ya.
DC Tom Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 BTW, I noticed you are bringing the comedic heat today. After yesterday, what else is there?
Stealth Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 I've said it before. Aaron Williams is a safety playing cornerback. Unfortunately there's no one on the roster to replace him and he's not getting much in the way of help. As bad as people are saying he is George Wilson and Jairus Byrd have been awful. I don't know how much man to man with no safety help stache's defense calls for but the safeties seem to be leaving the corners out to dry on a good number of plays. Also slow to react and seem lost in coverage.

The TD pass at the end of the half was the same play that Cleveland scored on. A combination post/corner route with Gilmore coming up in coverage and then not being able to recover while Byrd was even slower in recognizing his responsibility. Nice job by SF to see that and scheme for it. GO BILLS!!!
Mr. WEO Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 I feared this would happen: Leodis is turning into a great punt returner--this means we should put him back at CB! I blame Ralph for this thread...
jcbillsfan Posted October 8, 2012 Author Posted October 8, 2012 Mckelvin is better then a Williams at this point
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 I thought he meant Kyle. As long as he didn't mean Aaron...I don't want to see McKelvin in coverage again. but wanny likes to drop DE s into coverage
HumbleAndHungry Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Ik delano howell is a safety , but I would rather have him play cb over williams
DC Tom Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Ik delano howell is a safety , but I would rather have him play cb over williams I'd rather play Thurston Howell at CB over Williams.
BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Can he be any worse than aaron williams, who looks like he has no quickness t counteract WR moves?
Dragonborn10 Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 At least McKelvin can stay with guys. He has the speed to saty with anyone. His ball skills are non-existent. But A. Williams can't cover anything at this point.
