peterpan Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 on a personal note Peter . I'd lvoe to make it personal BB ;-)
billsfan714 Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 (edited) Thats a great idea. He is from the Bellicheat tree. But he is also a Penn St guy so he may be too loyal to Penn St. to bail on them after one year. I live down in PSU country and to me, and reading between the lines, I dont think hes looking foward to 5 years of sucking in college. These scholarship restrictions will really show in the coming years. I think he would bolt. Edited November 25, 2012 by billsfan714
Nitro Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Chan comes back but hires a Offense Coordinator who can game plan and play call in a competent and aggressive manner.

(I am seriously asking, not questioning you) I'd take O'brien in a heartbeat. He did a great job this year.
MaineMoxie Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Gailey's been the best coach we've had in a long time. He is staying for a long time. I hope that was sarcasm because Gailey has the worst winning percentage of any Bills HC since ... wait for it ... Hank Bullough.

San Jose Bills Fan Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Now, my vote for DC would be Mike Singletary. I love Singletary and I think he is perfect as a DC. He is currently only a LB coach in Minn. He may be a bit out of his element as a HC, however, If Singletary was HC and Cable was OC, that would be great too. Are you aware that Mike Singletary has never been a defensive coordinator at any level?
Iowabillsfan4life Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Gailey's been the best coach we've had in a long time. He is staying for a long time. REALLY?!!! Your on crack
peterpan Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Are you aware that Mike Singletary has never been a defensive coordinator at any level? Yes I am, but he has been a HC while running the D the way he wanted to. and he has been an assistant HC for a number of teams. I'd like him in a DC role.
stony Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Unfortunately OBrien would be handcuffed in Buffalo too due to Ralph. True. because Ralph spent ZERO this past offseason.
G-Daddy Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 (edited) Gailey, unfortunatley....he's got at least a four year deal and Ralph won't fire him and still have to pay him. Also, his coach budget will continue to give us unqualified coaches even if he did fire Gailey....Mularkey, Williams, Jauron, Gailey....wash, rinse, repeat. Nothing changes until Ralph passes. DefenseWins Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 We need Bill Polian and any coach he chooses. The rest will fall into place. Actually, Polian might be the only quality GM who might come if Ralph fires Nix and Chan... I'd trust Polian to hire a decent head coach and draft the best young QB out there...No way do I want Nix making that decision...
Dorkington Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Most likely Chan will still be coach, even though he hasn't earned it.
jcbillsfan Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Rob Ryan is terrible. Gruden isn't coming. Rex is staying
gumby Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 I'd say Jack del Rio but he's out of the Bills league. With what the Bills can attract it's time to get on the Mike Tice bandwagon.
