I believe one of the best ways to measure the value or worth of a coach is by performance of his team. By that I mean, are the players performing up to their level of ability or underperforming, under that Coach? In two of four games thus far, our personel have terribly underformed. Just about everyone would agree that our team (players) is a whole lot better than what it showed against New York, and now, New England. I conclude, then, that at least on two occasions our players have underperformed. It is helpful to apply this concept to other teams. I am most familiar with the Bears. Rarely, if ever, have the Bears players underperformed below their level of talent. Sure they have lost their share of games. But generally they don't underperform. In fact, in my opinion, Lovie gets 99.9 percent out of his players in most games. Can we say the same thing for Chan Gailey?

Finally, sometimes a coach needs to get in the face of certain players. Watching on tv, I can't tell if Chan Gailey does this. Was there any attempt to wake up this underachieving crew?

A real coach benches players for non performance. The Bills D has not played well in 3 of 4 games... and really bad in two of their divisional games. If the same 11 guys continue to play, the defense is gonna continue to suck. I don't give a damn if Mario is the highest paid defender in the league. He's not playing up to expectations and needs to be put on notice. If Sheppard can'r stop the run or is a liabiltiy in coverage, he should be jettisoned in lieu ove a real MLB. Ditto Moats and Barnett. And, Jairus Byrd needs to start bringing like a real safety. I'd have no problem with Wilson at FS and Searcy or Howell at SS.

Our coaches are Chan Gailey and Wanny.

Yeah are coaches are like a like a old bannana ......soft. The players are playing with the same soft attitude. Chan is a good O-C with a **** Q.B. That`s what he should only be. Wanny is here ,to put in his time and pick up a check. This staff will be gone soon and they know it.
