IslandBillsFan Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Not sure if their will be much to say but if anyone has any thoughts...... go at em. Also, anyone got a link to watch it online. Can't get it in PR. BD
GG Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 (edited) So far, Browns defense looks much better on the road than they did at home. ... PS - silly as it sounds, but the league should consider going back to leather helmets. Edited September 28, 2012 by GG
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 I think cribbs just had his head taken off...yikes
stevestojan Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Holy hell. What an ugly hit. Not illegal, just nasty. Out before he hit the ground and then bashes hit head off the ground. Then a spike to the face. Damn.
BringBackFergy Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 He's still seeing stars. Poor guy probably still thinks he's playing the Bills. Good to see him up.
PromoTheRobot Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Real refs, same shatty calls. Cribbs lost the ball as a result of a blow to the head. PTR
FluffHead Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 the browns should not be allowed to be on national tv. what a terribly boring franchise with a poopy name and poopy uniforms
BringBackFergy Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Go Browns...really want them to beat "Teflon" Ray Lewis.
Rob's House Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 NFL Network sucks at covering games. They skip the TD drive to interview Dieon about going to Orioles batting practice? WTF?
Bills!Win! Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 (edited) So much for nfl network being in time Warner cable. For the last whole week all I've been getting is a grey screen that says "please try again later." Edited September 28, 2012 by Bills!Win!

KD in CA Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Real refs, same shatty calls. Cribbs lost the ball as a result of a blow to the head. PTR And I notice the refs waited the whole time Cribbs was down before deciding they should review the play. But these are the regular refs so they're doing 'a good job getting the call right' instead of 'being disorganized and disrupting the flow of the game'. LOL
Bills!Win! Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 You can watch at NFL.com Is it 50% game, 50% in studio commentary?
NoSaint Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 (edited) It was a clean hit. You can hit a runner in the head. Not the real refs fault that most don't get helmet to helmet flags don't apply to 90% of the helmet to helmet hits that occur in a game. Cribs wasn't defenseless. (Not solely to this crowd, just clicked on Facebook which is blowing up with snarky "real refs" messed up comments) Edited September 28, 2012 by NoSaint
Rob's House Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Is it 50% game, 50% in studio commentary? Looks like it. I just realized that's why their coverage sucks

Well his helmet got blasted off before the ball came loose. PTR Edited September 28, 2012 by PromoTheRobot
boyst Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 I think we could beat the Ravens. They take too much time setting up their passes with an indecisive Flacco. Their running game - keep an LB watching him let the DL handle their rest. Don't get beat deep. On offense all we have to do is run and run and break their legs. They are all old, they cannot keep up. When they defend the pass they just defend space and do not have to move or keep up. They rely on their DL, who is not what it used to be, to create pressure and the rest of the D cleans up. They can still defend the pass. Make them defend the run. I will take our three in the middle against Lewis any day.
biglukes Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 (edited) This is an ugly game. Of course considering Cleveland is playing, I should have expected that from the get go. Haloti Ngata is also a dancing bear apparently. Edited September 28, 2012 by biglukes
