MDH Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Maybe they can use all these fines they've collected from players and coaches and add it to the deal their offering the real officials.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 thats because he (BB) apologized for his poor actions and knelt before Roger
apuszczalowski Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 thats because he's Bill Belicheck (BB) apologized for his poor actions and knelt before Roger Fixed it for youI'm sure in this situation, it was Goodell kneeling before BB apoligising for a ref making him angry and the pats losing a game...........
CBD Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 (edited) I didn't see what the big deal was, the ref was running away from him and he grabbed his arm to get his attention. From all the talk you'd think he tackled the guy. Edit: Tweet from James Walker claims there's a fine looming for Belichek Edited September 26, 2012 by Carey Bender
Belicheat Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 thats because he (BB) apologized for his poor actions and knelt before Roger I swallowed what uncle Roger asked me to swallow. Oh, I swallowed my Pride too.
NoSaint Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 its amazing that so many were insistent that hed be suspended. it would be a big surprise.
mrags Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I wasn't insistant about him being suspended but I thought it would have been possible and of course that's what I was hoping.
May Day 10 Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 suspension would have been dumb. Maybe if the contact was malicious...
BuffBill Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 http://espn.go.com/n...ement-officials I can't stand Belicheat, but I really don't understand all the fuss about this. He touched the ref, you can't do that, so he will be fined. But it wasn't malicious or violent. Time to move on.
The Avenger Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Breaking news on Boston.com - coach fined $50K for grabbing ref http://www.boston.com/sports/football/patriots/extra_points/2012/09/nfl_fines_bill.html
CodeMonkey Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Pocket change, Kraft will probably pay it.
thebug Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Big deal, so he has to put off the breast reductions until next payday.
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Weak. He should be suspended. He undermined the authority of the league and that's all he got.
BringBackFergy Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 That amounts to exactly 1667 hooded sweatshirts with the arms ripped off Flashdance style.
NYCBoozers Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 chump change for someone who should have already been banished from the league
DDD Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Big deal, so he has to put off the breast reductions until next payday.
DrDawkinstein Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I didn't see what the big deal was, the ref was running away from him and he grabbed his arm to get his attention. From all the talk you'd think he tackled the guy. Edit: Tweet from James Walker claims there's a fine looming for Belichek Agreed. He barely touched him and only grabbed his arm a bit to get his attention. It's not like he assaulted him. I thought all week that those expecting a suspension were a bit too far into the wishful thinking.
