Billsrhody
Wow.. crazy how much higher Asomugha is than everyone else. I'm glad we have corners who can play physical.
FLutieFLakesPLZnoOJ
Good..with the d-line we have it is a smart to keep bumpin and runnin
Tsaikotic
interesting part is neither of the Bills players are in the last category...most yards given up in press...while Robinson is....wonder how those stats would look if the Bills had actually played aggressive ball in game #1...it'll be interesting to watch on this throughout the year... JÂy RÛßeÒ
Considering they didn't press nearly as much in game 1 they're pretty much full-timing it now
clownments22
It's not particularly surprising since Williams and Gilmore's physicality is their best asset. The article doesn't really say much though, but the title of the thread implies they're in the top 5% of the league in terms of their performance, but all it says is top 5% in how much they play press. I wish the article said more about what the effects of this were on the corner's performance, cause all it says right now is Gilmore play 3 yards better per completion in press coverage. Stealth
Wait I thought we "didn't have nfl caliber cornerbacks" and they're a disgrace to football?!? I'm confused by these statistics.
The Big Cat
Now that the Pats* are Moss-less, it'd be accurate to say they're without a big outside burner, yes? This bodes well for our press-happy CB's, yes?
KollegeStudnet
Now that the Pats* are Moss-less, it'd be accurate to say they're without a big outside burner, yes? This bodes well for our press-happy CB's, yes? kind of, they have Brandon Lloyd However, he is no Moss. But, could play a role. He had a decent game against the Ravens
