BillsGuyInMalta Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Hmm. Who would we release to make room for another WR? I'd be very much in favor of kicking Ruvell Martin to the curb. We need another WR threat more than we need an above-average yet injured special teamer with hands of stone.
dollars 2 donuts Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 (edited) So, let me guess: they are not even thinking of bringing back Roosevelt, are they? too bad as his sure hands would have been welcome. Edited September 24, 2012 by dollars 2 donuts
CBD Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 I'd be very much in favor of kicking Ruvell Martin to the curb. We need another WR threat more than we need an above-average yet injured special teamer with hands of stone. Ruvell was inactive yesterday, so perhaps.
PromoTheRobot Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Ruvell Martin is still injured. PTR
Stl Bills Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Super Nario IS A BEAST!!! Or at least he was, and then he had like 75 knee surgeries. It's a shame though because he did have elite measurables / talent before he got hurt......
Coach Tuesday Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Amazing talent but has never stayed healthy. Definitely worth a flier.
BringBackFergy Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Hmm. Who would we release to make room for another WR? *cough* Brad Smith *cough* I don't have any idea.
djp14150 Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 If they sign him they have to cut someone....who???? Has he done tryouts with the Jags or the Saints...QBs who would have known him at Missouri.
Johnny Hammersticks Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 He managed to play in 10 games for the Rams last season before re-injuring his leg.....maybe, just maybe? I commend Buddy for kicking the tires...that's how we ended up with Chandler, Urbik, and Pears.
KollegeStudnet Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Alexander is a tall guy 6'5" and fast
The Big Cat Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 I've [never] heard of him. Get 'er done, Buddy [?].
1B4IDie Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 (edited) He started off last season Hot. I actually started him in a few games early in a deep fantasy league. He is another example of having all the measurable but not be able to stay on the field of play. SJ13 and Da Jones seem to be in rhythm plus some TJ Graham sprinkled in. It seems to be working. If Alexander is actually healthy it can't hurt giving him a shot. He would add a big deep threat to the mix It doesn't seem that he can stay healthy though. I thought Danario Alexander and Sam Bradford would someday put it together but it doesn't look that is going to happen. Edited September 24, 2012 by Why So Serious?
GG Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 (edited) If they sign him they have to cut someone....who???? One would think that Travaris knows the offense enough by now to take over #2 Edited September 24, 2012 by GG
17 Josh Allen Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 I am a huge fan of Alexander. He is an elite wide receiver who could Have been a very high draft pick. Maybe 1st round material. He has been Real injury prone. He is a diamond it the ruff. If he has indeed solved His injury problems and can stay healthy and get on the field he is really A great wideout. I'm rooting hard that the Bills sign him. His college Highlights are sick to watch. This guy can really play and can be a difference Maker. If he were to some how stay healthy and get some playing time He could be the Bills #2 wide out down the road. The has number 1 Wide Receiver talent. Check him out his size and speed is great. This guy just needs to stay healthy and have a chance to play
