Mango
Just a thought. He is pretty explosive with the ball on KR and PR. It might be a nice stop gap with CJ and possibly Fred out for the Pats game. Get him 5 plays or so a game where he sits on a couple of screens and easy short slants or out routes. See if this guy can make a few guys miss. He is a physiological machine, great speed and acceleration. Not to mention we have yet to do it. could create some mismatches elsewhere against the Hoodie. We need something extra offensively for the Pats. Flame away
section122
I swear I had this same exact thought - then I remembered he can't catch the ball

Charles Romes
Hey if a journeyman type wr like George Wilson can be turned into a solid starter at safety anything is possible.
BringBackFergy
When Chan can slip a homing beacon into the end of the football and then have a seamstress insert a magnetized pad into Leodis' gloves...I'm all for it.
Jack Straw
Put him in at wildcat QB.
drinkTHEkoolaid
I'm not sure the best way to make it work....but when he gets the ball and has any type of space he is crazy dangerous with it
5 Wide
Leodis would take a lot of passes off the facemask
K-9
He certainly has the requisite ball skills to play WR. GO BILLS!!!
TakeYouToTasker
I liked Featherstone in Necessary Roughness, but I don't think I'd like to see him play for the Bills.
Sisyphean Bills
The biggest criticism of McKelvin is he has less than zero ball instincts. So the solution is to try him at WR? OK.
marauderswr80
Mckelvin could be another Devin Hester!?
thebug
As long as he doesn't have to turn his head to locate the ball.
Last Guy on the Bench
I'd rather see them try to run him out of the backfield a little bit, especially with CJ down. That might be interesting.
atlbillsfan1975
There is a big differnece between catching a kick and running thru on coming players, basically a skill you learn as a child. And learning routes and calls and being able to get open when covered. Now if you are saying, line him up every once in a while at wideout and use him for reverses/ fake reverse throw down field. Then that may be an option.
todzilla
I don't hate the idea (and I'm surprised at the positive response here). I'm all for finding ways to get the ball in his hands in space. He's pretty special when he gets some room.

Johnny Hammersticks
This is a great idea! While we're at it....why don't we give Brian Moorman a shot at Fullback. He has flashed pretty good athletic ability at times.
Over 29 years of fanhood
I like the out of the box thinking here. That said, and ball skills aside, it seems to me a lot of offensive players have been let go due to their inability to grasp the playbook. Now I don't know leodis, I I know what I hear when he is interviewed. If Vince young was not the sharpest knife in the drawer, Mcklovin may be the spoon. Besides isn't TJ Grahm supposed to be the speedy elusive WR??? Also th Hester experiment hasn't panned out all that significantly for chi town. Someone figure out how to try it on madden. If it works, let chan know!
