DocLawless Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 Watching North Carolina vs Ecu right now and the qb for NCU looks real good. Strong arm, accurate, and is 6'3 220 so has the size for the position at the next level. Could be a steal in the middle rounds of next years draft. Just want to see if anyone else has any knowledge of him because I'm not exactly good at scouting even though I try. I'm watching more college football this year to see if I can spot a good qb as we need to draft a young franchise qb soon
Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 Haven't seen him yet so can't say. Watched Geno Smith who was decent but not great. Watching Casey Pachall who who broke all of Andy Dalton's records last year along with coming from behind to win multiple games. This year he leads the nation in passing effeciantcy with 84.6%. and has 8TD and 1 int.

DocLawless Posted September 22, 2012 Author Posted September 22, 2012 Yea he's a red shirt junior and in his first NCAA start last year he went 22-23 passing! Not playing vs sec defenses or anything tho so don't want to get too excited but if you watch I think you will agree that he looks perfect for the spread offense chan runs. Buff barbarian I like what I hear about him between last year and now but still haven't watched him play I need to tho. I haven't been that impressed overall with geno smith although he looked decent today.

Pachall is just one of those guys who has it, whereas I think Geno looks disheartened when things don't go his way, also his on field decision making isn't the best as even his coach was not happy with him about in the game
