stevestojan Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 (edited) Before this season I made a tradition of watching the comeback game in its entirety before opening day. This year I've watched it every weekend before the game. There are SO many plays that could have made that game go either way. But after watching this game no less than 40 times I will say the most important play is this: 3rd and 7, 6:20 left in the 3rd quarter. Perfect pass by Moon. Mr. Mark Kelso plays PERFECT defense. If he doesn't block that ball, GAME OVER. So many great moments in that game. What's you're favorite and/or most important? Edited September 22, 2012 by stevestojan
BringBackFergy Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 Dre Reed catching the ball at the 5 and tip toeing, sidestepping off balance into endzone.
The Cincinnati Kid Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 (edited) Don Beebe stepping out of bounds but still having the wherewithal to catch the football and score! Don Beebe was never ineligible! Edited September 22, 2012 by The Cincinnati Kid
Garion Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 The flubbed kick. I was there and right before the kick it started to rain just slightly and it stopped after the kick. If that wasn't a pretty good case for divine intervention . . .
nucci Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 The onside kick recovered by Christie after Kenny Davis TD. Great play by Pike. After the recovery the stadium started getting loud and you could see the team getting fired up.
Charles Romes Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 Um. The fourth down TD when we just needed a field goal to get back in the game?
JESSEFEFFER Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 It was the onside kick. It sustained the momentum and caught the Oilers unprepared as these rarely happen early in the 3rd quarter.

vorpma Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 Sure, I am living in the past - once the Bills do something in the present I will live that! No question the on side kick, Andre Reed and Tally once said it pumped everyone up.
JÂy RÛßeÒ Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 The flubbed snap/hold on the Houston FG attempt. Seconds before that play the wind & rain kicked in - I thought it was God giving us a hand.
